Hiyaaaaa! I’m back for another review but this time, it’s not a figure but a merch from Mihoyo/Genshin Impact!
I’ll also be doing some more figure reviews once my orders have come in (assuming I have time). I have done some blog post overhaul as well so that I’ll be posting more of my fandom stuff here related to games, anime, art and others (probably few travel-related stuff) and move most of my personal stuff on a different blog. ✨
First off, I just wanted to say again how much I love Genshin Impact as a game. It helped me so much with all the things I’ve been through. While I’m very salty with their first anniversary rewards sigh, I cannot deny how much I enjoy this game even if a year already passed. MIHOYO GIVE ME DILUC PLEASE.
That being said, my wallet is the one that’s not saved with all the amazing merchandise Mihoyo is offering (this is FGO version 2 all over again). And as a collector, it’s very easy to give in with these temptations. :))
Presenting…. Genshin Impact Mondstadt OST Gift Box!!
It was a shut up and take my money moment for me, but it was likely due to the way it was packaged, the Venti illustration, the brooch, the pin, the plushie that it comes with – well, maybe all. Ever since the game was launched, I enjoy listening to Genshin Impact’s OST as a way to relax, although I’m more of a Liyue OST simp.
I got this for about 90USD with discounted price coz I’m VIP like that (jk).
Genshin Mondstadt OST gift box contains 2 boxes. First one contains a CD and a booklet which is packaged in a pretty neat way.
The second one which is bigger, is where the fun begins.
The second and bigger box contains four lovely boxes inside, where the first three contains CDs – Saga of the West Wind, City of Winds and Idylls and The Horizon of Dandelion.
The fourth box comes with a Venti wisp keychain plushie, a brooch (?), a can badge and an illustration board.
The Venti illustration board comes with an envelope containing the list of all the people involved with the OST (composers and musicians).
Overall, the OST gift box is very much worth the money. With its lovely packaging, not to mention the cool stuff inside, this is something that a Venti main would definitely love to have!
I’m planning on getting the Liyue and Inazuma OST once they are released.
But the real question is – am I going to even play these CDs? 🤔
